While the Food Safety Administration is today the largest provider of online training and testing for the food safety exam, we began as an onsite trainer/proctor. We have never strayed far from our roots, and with every one of our instructors having a minimum of 10 years of hands-on restaurant experience, we guarantee the most dynamic onsite training in the industry.

For groups of 18 or more, we will travel to your facility on a date that is convenient for you and deliver a training customized to your group. While we're there, we'll even provide you with a complimentary inspection of your establishment to help you prepare for future visits from the health department.
